Export Your Entire Gmail Into Spreadsheet – Introducing emailexport.io

We receive a lot of emails everyday. It could be customer feedbacks, survey responses, contact form data or invoices. They contain a lot of valuable information. Days pass on and a ton of emails are accumulated in your inbox and got trapped there. When we need to analyse those data, we have to extract those email data to Excel or CSV. Export data from emails to Excel

emailexport.io allows to extract various fields like to, from, cc, bcc, subject, body, reply to, labels and attachments. When you select attachments, it saves all attachments to your Google Drive. Cool !!!.  You can also apply filters to extract only selected emails. Lets explore.

  • Extract email fields to spreadsheet
    Go to "New Export" from the dashboard page, you can provide various export related stuffs. Choose what you want to export. The values will be exported to various columns in spreadsheet. To, From, CC, BCC, Reply-to are exported with their name and emails both. All label names for a particular email will be stored in a single cell.

  • Extract email body
    This will extract all textual data from email body. The entire body will be stored in a single cell. To further extract data out of the email body, you can easily write your own script or you can take our service to help you with the process. Just to give you an example, you may need to take-out only the feedback messages and the authors from the email body, you can do that.
  • Extract data from specific labels
    It has got some powerful filter options. You can target only specific emails present under a label in your inbox. That is easy.

    Exporting from multiple labels is also allowed but it is limited to max 4 labels. But that is sufficient for a normal use-case.  
  • Download all attachments from emails
    Probably one of the most powerful feature. Do you have some important attachments in your emails and want to download them in bulk ? No worries ! emailexport.io makes it easy to save your email attachments to Google Drive. Though it runs slower than regular export as it has to save the physical files to Drive, but it works.
  • Export emails received during a certain date
    Just provide the start-date and end-date in the filter with yyyy/mm/dd format. It is not visible in the above picture, check the dashboard to see how it works.
  • Other filter options
    Some other filters include subject, from and to email, has the words, doesn't have the word, has attachments, include chats and finally an advanced filter.

  1. I am confused by a discrepancy between the feature matrix (Basic, Advanced, Professional) and the $38 offer that suggest buying a “premium version”. What are the features of the Premium version and how do they compare to Basic, Advance or Professional?

  2. Greetings, I am interested in this product. However, I need to be able to use it with several gmail accounts. Is this possible?

  3. i want to export the gmail email body part into excel directly using java. If directly not possible then we can follow another approach that is convert the gmail to HTML file and then convert that HTML file in excel file using java.

    Please provide the sugggestion..
